Our “Resonance” experience is a fun and dynamic intentional leadership immersion that partners with horses to demonstrate the adhesive nature of magnetic leadership.

The Potential for You
Imagine a flock of birds or a school of fish. Herds of horses move with the same synchronicity of motion; as one entity. This congruence is born of a communication that is understood on a vibrational level, creating alignment of the whole.

Humans have the capacity to move with the same harmony, resulting in an alignment with our desires that heightens our pleasure and sustains well-being, improving our experience of life. Tapping into this “vibrational awareness” allows expansion of creativity and creates a dynamic that attracts matching intentions.

Our Offering
“Resonance” offers extensive experiential time with the horses* every day and a classroom component that focuses on the application of the principles learned with the horses to your life. It is an in-depth look at core intention and the journey to closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be on any subject.

(*The activities with the horses are on the ground, not riding the horse.)

Throughout the week, you are introduced to the way in which horses interact while loose in a herd. With your Equestrian Leader’s guidance, you begin to learn what constitutes a leader in a herd or team. There are many levels of leadership and our goal is to provide the inspiration to become a Leader of Leaders. Powerful leadership has a magnetic quality and, provided you are pin-pointedly clear about your desires, you can bring to fruition any vision, personal or business.

Some of the more traditional ways of viewing leadership often include the idea that one can manipulate conditions to achieve a goal. Resonance offers an empowering alternative that allows for greater creativity, ease and immense pleasure.

Resonance is all about "leadership that attracts more of what you want" by creating alignment with your core wishes that empowers self and others in an effortless way. The horses are great teachers of this because they recognize and respond to another being’s expression (horse or human) so accurately, providing instant feedback to participants. The feedback is often surprising, highlighting a gap between what the participant thought they were expressing and what is actually being expressed to the horse. In this way, the horses provide the gift of clarity by exposing the gap between what we think we want and what we are actually expressing. Once the gap is recognized, it illuminates the opportunity to close it through alignment with core wishes born of clarity and pinpointed focus. The ability to express that alignment is the passport to your dreams.

The reason that this experience is so powerful is that when horses are at liberty (no equipment), it is completely their choice to join you. They will do so if your vision as a leader is clear and inviting enough to be interesting to them. Since they are herd animals, their natural instinct is to join a leader. Communication of leadership or anything for that matter, happens on a vibrational level with horses. Resonance teaches human participants how to communicate vibrationally to create focus, clarity, agreement and alignment. This kind of leadership is not about controlling outcomes, it's about inspiring them.

*Resonance starts with an evening Welcome Reception on Wednesday of the scheduled week and runs for 3 full days, ending Saturday evening. Travel home for out-of -town participants is on Sunday.

Resonance 5-Day Event Pricing

Participants
Cost: $2,500 for Participants, not including accommodations, some food,
travel or car rental. Lunch is included along with dinner at the Welcome
Reception and the Closing Dinner.
Capacity: 4 – 10 Participants for the 5-Day Event

Auditors
Cost: $50 per day for Auditors/ $200 for all 5 days
Capacity: Up to 30 Auditors**

**Auditors have access to observing the Participants engage in all Resonance Horse Activities. A Whole Foods Boxed Lunch, including beverage is available for $15. Lunch orders must be submitted in advance and will be part of the Registration process. Water is provided. Auditors receive an Information Packet that provides context for understanding what they will be observing.

To guarantee your attendance as a Participant, we must receive your Enrollment Form and Payment at least 1 month prior to the event.

To guarantee your participation as an Auditor, we must receive your payment for the number of days you wish to attend at least 1 month prior to the event.

***If you wish to attend more days than you initially paid for, your attendance will depend on available capacity.
